InstaEvents, began as a group of musicians and singers touring to many different events and performing within many different companies at a variety of venues.

Our combined experience and passion for entertainment led us to create a company that would provide a variety of live entertainment to suit our customers needs. 

​

This also allowed a platform for us to network with other artists and talented musicians, as a base to be booked for a variety of events. All our artists are experienced and professionally trained, motivated to deliver high quality performances that have delighted our customers.

How does it work?

We offer a variety of packages and services, from individual sets to themed and full band sets which, depending on what you want acts as the framework for us to start building the right entertainment services for you. 

​

Once your package is chosen, we will discuss genre's and style of live music you have in mind. We arrange our own rehearsals and set a preview date for customers, so you know what to expect on the day. 

​

We will coordinate a time that suits you to meet at the venue, and discuss with the event organisers logistics and set up time to ensuring things run smoothly and efficiently.

After your initial query, we can set up a consultation with our Events Director who will sit down with customers and run through the package you have chosen and the artists we want to offer you.

Company Events

​

InstaEvents relish the opportunity to perform and show off their talents to potential clients and customers. As well as our own private bookings! We hold a charity event of our own, at the end of the summer season, raising money for our chosen charity offering tickets as an opportunity to showcase what our company can offer and do, all whilst raising money for a good cause at the same time.
